Here’s a technique to get some positive life energy (Chi) following through your body. I’ll give you two versions:
- Sit up with your shoulders back and your head up.
- Take a deep breath, and breath out slowly, imagining all your negative thinking emptying through your feet into the earth to feed the plants.
- Repeat a few times until your feel a chill/tingle through your body. That you’re Chi! Now don’t you feel great?
As above, but stand with your knees slightly bent, and as you breath in raise your outstretched hands imagining them pulling the light from the universe through the top of your head, and then pushing the blackness within out of your feet to feed the plants. You should feel some extra Chi this way.
